What We Offer:
Net Salary: 30,000 TL (~616 EUR)
Quality Bonus: Up to 20% of net salary (valid until the end of 2025)

Flexible Working Hours:
Weekdays between 09:00 23:00 CET (summer until 22:00, winter until 23:00)
Shift options: 09:0018:00 / 10:0019:00 / 11:0020:00 / 12:0021:00 / 13:0022:00
Occasional split shift: 09:0013:00 / 18:0023:00 (approx. once every 78 weeks), with 2 days off including one weekend day

Your Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual recruitment for Media Markt DE
Screen resumes, contact candidates, and coordinate interviews
Communicate with hiring managers to support the recruitment process
Maintain candidate data and track recruitment metrics in ATS
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
What Were Looking For:
Fluent in German
Eligible to work in Turkey
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
