Role Overview

We are hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service team. In this fully remote role, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring an excellent experience and timely support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support in German

  • Communicate in English (B1 level) for internal communication and tools

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide product/service guidance and troubleshoot issues

  • Document customer interactions accurately

  • Follow internal processes and work towards performance targets

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

โœ… Native/Fluent German
โœ… B1 English proficiency
โœ… Customer-focused mindset & good communication skills
โœ… Tech-savvy with ability to learn systems quickly
โœ… Comfortable with rotational shifts and remote environment
โœ… Must reside in Turkey and have proper work eligibility

Working Schedule

๐Ÿ“… 5 days per week (2 rotational days off)

๐Ÿ•’ Shifts (summer/winter schedules apply):

  • 09:00 โ€“ 18:00

  • 15:00 โ€“ 00:00 (or 16:00 โ€“ 01:00 โ€” final schedule to be confirmed)

๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Breaks:

  • 30 min lunch

  • 3 ร— 15 min breaks

Training Details

๐Ÿ•™ Hours: 10:00 โ€“ 19:00
