We are now expanding globally and looking for a native-level English speaking Global Sales Specialist to join our growth journey.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound and inbound sales activities across global markets (US, EMEA, GCC).
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
- Conduct product demos, communicate the value of HrPanda, and tailor presentations to client needs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers.
- Track pipeline performance, maintain CRM data, and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine positioning and identify new opportunities.
- Represent HrPanda in global events, webinars, and partner engagements.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Native or near-native level English fluency (mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally HRTech, ATS, CRM, or similar platforms.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable speaking with executives and HR leaders.
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle and consistently meet targets.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot or similar tools is a plus.
- A self-starter mindset — proactive, persistent, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
