About the Role
As a German-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you’ll handle and resolve inquiries related to order cancellations, changes, and refunds made through the our platform. You’ll communicate with restaurant partners, couriers, and customers, ensuring a smooth delivery experience for all.
Most interactions are handled in German via inbound calls and emails. English is used mainly for internal tools and training materials.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and emails from restaurant partners
Resolve issues such as:
Missing or delayed deliveries
Courier not arriving or delivering an order
Questions about bank details, statements, or promotional campaigns
Requests for Uber materials (bags, stickers, etc.)
Deliver clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication
Requirements
German: Native or C1 level
English: Minimum B1 (for internal tools and training)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, digital work environment
Work Setup
Location: Remote – Work from anywhere in Türkiye
Channels: Inbound Calls & Email Support
