About the Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you’ll handle and resolve inquiries related to order cancellations, changes, and refunds made through the our platform.
You’ll communicate with restaurant partners, couriers, and customers, ensuring a smooth delivery experience for all.

Most interactions are handled in German via inbound calls and emails. English is used mainly for internal tools and training materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from restaurant partners
  • Resolve issues such as:

    • Missing or delayed deliveries
    • Courier not arriving or delivering an order
    • Questions about bank details, statements, or promotional campaigns
    • Requests for Uber materials (bags, stickers, etc.)
  • Deliver clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication

Requirements

  • German: Native or C1 level
  • English: Minimum B1 (for internal tools and training)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, digital work environment

Work Setup

  • Location: Remote – Work from anywhere in Türkiye
  • Channels: Inbound Calls & Email Support
