About the Role:
We are looking for Dutch-speaking professionals based in Turkey to join our growing remote customer support team. You will assist customers via chat, email, or phone, providing outstanding service and ensuring satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Deliver customer support in Dutch (written and verbal).
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working remotely.
Requirements:
Fluent in Dutch (C1 level or higher).
Currently residing in Turkey with valid work eligibility.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Previous customer support experience is an advantage.
