Your Daily Tasks:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, providing accurate and timely support.
  • Resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer information and follow up on open issues when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain service quality by following company procedures and KPIs.

What You'll Bring:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work remotely within Turkey, with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
  • Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours (Monday-Saturday).
