Your Daily Tasks:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, providing accurate and timely support.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain service quality by following company procedures and KPIs.
What You'll Bring:
- Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work remotely within Turkey, with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
- Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours (Monday-Saturday).
