Think beyond screens — into systems, gamification, and storytelling

Build a brand experience, not just an interface

🔍 What You'll Do

Design with Intention
Own the look, feel, and flow across products — from onboarding to subscription touchpoints.

Build Emotional Journeys
Use motion, micro-interactions, and visual storytelling to turn usage into experience.

Collaborate Across Products
Work with content, growth, and dev teams to keep every detail consistent and scalable.

Innovate Through Gamification
Design engagement loops, challenges, and rewards that keep users coming back.

Stay Ahead of Trends
Explore AI-assisted design, motion systems, and new UX patterns across apps.

✅ Must-Haves

3+ years designing digital products (preferably mobile apps)

Strong portfolio showing UI polish and UX clarity

Mastery of Figma, prototyping, motion & interaction tools

Understanding of gamification, retention, and behavioral design

Eye for aesthetics + empathy for usability

Creative energy, fast iteration, and ownership mindset

Dribbble designers who can’t explain their choices

Artists who don’t care about conversion or metrics

People waiting for briefs instead of building the vision

Designers afraid of motion, animation, or experimentation

🎯 Bonus Points

Experience in subscription or learning apps

Skill with animation tools (After Effects, Rive, Lottie)

Familiarity with AI design tools (Uizard, Galileo, Midjourney)

Strong visual storytelling background
