As a strategic and hands-on leader, you will oversee global financial operations, partnering with executive leadership to drive the company's growth. Your insights will guide decision-making and operational discipline, while enhancing the financial systems and processes. Accountabilities
- Oversee global financial operations, including intercompany accounting, AR/AP, treasury, and liquidity management.
- Maintain executive oversight of invoicing and billing structures to ensure cash discipline.
- Support month-end and financial close processes with appropriate controls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial operations with revenue strategies.
- Manage relationships with external financial partners across various jurisdictions.
- Lead annual budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Develop and refine financial models and reporting systems to support growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience managing global financial operations and international compliance.
- Proven ability to support budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
- Strong expertise in treasury management and multi-jurisdiction tax compliance.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including financial integration post-acquisition.
- Deep understanding of financial systems and ERP platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
