In this role, you will be crucial in delivering highly complex website projects utilizing project management best practices. You will manage a cross-functional team throughout the entire website development lifecycle, ensuring effective risk management and stakeholder communication. Your expertise will help guide multiple project tracks and teams, making a significant impact on client satisfaction and project delivery success.
Accountabilities
- Balance stakeholder expectations regarding the project timeline, cost, and scope.
- Build and manage an overall project plan that can deliver expected results.
- Track and manage timelines to ensure internal and client deadlines are met.
- Facilitate adherence to the Statement of Work (SOW) and manage change orders.
- Create and communicate change order estimates and documents for clients.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, decisions, and change.
- Collaborate across multiple teams with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Monitor project status, adjust resources, and ensure necessary support is provided.
Requirements
- 5 years of project management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Significant experience delivering complex website projects with knowledge of Project Management processes.
- Expertise in the website development process, with WordPress knowledge preferred.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and high customer satisfaction.
- Experience in defining and managing team workflows.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
- Comfort in client-facing interactions and managing client relationships.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
- Well-rounded skills in business acumen, strategic thinking, and risk management.
- Proven problem-solving skills and initiative.
