Accountabilities
- Assist customers in implementing best practices within implementation / post-implementation programs aimed at ensuring their overall success.
- Stay informed about best practices in the Regulatory field and offer actionable recommendations.
- Design solutions and configure changes to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including customer business and IT staff, to understand their requirements.
- Establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and dissemination of thought leadership materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- 3+ years of consulting experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, managing expectations and delivering presentations.
- Strong background in Life Sciences with a focus on the Regulatory domain.
- Understanding of technologies used in Regulatory, especially Veeva Vault applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel as required by the business.
