Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance user-centered design processes from concept to delivery
• Boost user engagement through creative growth and marketing strategies
• Design and optimize user journeys based on UX best practices
• Develop data visualization solutions for complex information
• Create and implement prototypes, mockups, and design systems using Figma
• Build and maintain scalable design systems aligned with our brand and product goals
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams
• Support and integrate frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Proven experience in startup or product development environments
• Solid understanding of UX principles and data-driven design
• Hands-on experience in growth hacking or marketing-focused design
• Strong ability to effectively use AI-powered design and productivity tools (e.g. AI-assisted UX research, prototyping, user testing, content generation, and design automation) to accelerate workflows and improve design quality
• Strong proficiency with Figma and similar design tools
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, organized, and innovation-oriented mindset
