About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Budget & Reporting Specialist to lead our budgeting and reporting processes, ensure financial discipline, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and reporting the company budget, as well as managing system entries and supporting system transitions.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the end-to-end budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and final submission.
- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare regular budget and financial reports for management and cross-functional teams.
- Execute and validate system entries related to budget, forecasts, and financial adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data flow.
- Provide support in system implementations and transitions, including Oracle or NetSuite environments.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree from relevant fields
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in budgeting, financial planning, or similar finance roles.
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle or NetSuite systems is required.
- Experience in international companies is preferred.
- Proven experience in system migration or financial system transition projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Experience in technology or software companies is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
