Job Description Summary

The Fulfillment, Cost & Risk Finance Leader is responsible for providing financial leadership across fulfillment operations and the CSA/MYA portfolio, with a focus on cost discipline, margin protection, forecasting rigor, and risk mitigation. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance to improve execution visibility, strengthen decision-making, and drive productivity across the business.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Commercial & Risk Support

  • Provide financial support on CSA-specific commercial matters, including contract scenarios, concessions, liquidated damages, and other customer-facing topics.

  • Partner with Commercial and Fulfillment teams on customer-facing financial matters, helping assess risk, protect margins, and support fact-based decision-making on claims, concessions, and contract execution issues.

Fulfillment Finance Leadership

  • Lead finance support for fulfillment operations and the CSA/MYA portfolio, ensuring strong financial discipline, visibility, margin protection, and proactive risk management.

  • Partner with fulfillment leaders to validate business cases and key operating assumptions, including volume, timing, and cost drivers, and translate them into robust inputs for pacing, estimates/ER, budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.

  • Establish and lead a rigorous global pacing process for MYAs/CSAs, including key margin drivers such as extra work and linkages to operational metrics like outage events and supply chain plans.

  • Communicate financial performance, key risks and opportunities, and recommended mitigation actions to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Cost, Productivity & Operational Performance

  • Develop and drive cost, productivity, and industrialization strategies to optimize operational cost while maintaining service quality and supporting fleet programs, service bulletins, and other product management initiatives.

  • Drive rigorous analysis of as-sold versus as-executed performance, identifying operational and financial variances, margin impacts, and required corrective actions.

  • Improve cost allocation methodologies and standard costing models to enhance accuracy, transparency, and decision usefulness.

  • Support over/under liquidation analysis and related strategy.

Forecasting, Planning & Financial Analytics

  • Support long-range forecasts, budgets, operating plans, and strategic scenarios through high-quality financial analysis, modeling, and sensitivity assessments.

  • Partner across Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, the CSA business line, and the Aero JV to develop analytics on the Aero CS catalog and identify productivity opportunities and risks.

  • Support repair WIP accrual calculations and related financial reviews, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with controllership and FP&A requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on cost management, risk mitigation, and fulfillment operations.
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in a leadership role within a finance function.
  • Strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
