Accountabilities
- Maintain close relationships with active clients and internal stakeholders.
- Understand potential clients' needs and collaborate on service demand creation.
- Conduct institutional and commercial presentations with a focus on opportunity generation.
- Develop long-lasting commercial relationships with clients.
- Act consultatively to ensure satisfaction and retention of opportunities.
- Manage and update the sales funnel in Pipedrive accurately.
- Support the sales team in scheduling qualified meetings and tracking commercial metrics.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial or pre-sales, preferably B2B sales.
- Practical experience with the Pipedrive CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative profile.
- Analytical and strategic mindset, with active listening and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and focus on results.
