If you see QA as “just clicking around” this role isn’t for you.
At kitUP, we build subscription-based wellness and productivity apps used by millions across iOS, Android, and Web. Growth is at the core of what we do — and quality is non-negotiable.
We’re not shipping features just to ship them.
We’re building reliable, measurable, and scalable products — and we’re hiring a QA Tester (QA Engineer) who takes ownership of product quality end-to-end.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and growth.
You’ll validate not only features, but user journeys, analytics, and monetization flows.
Plan, design, and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests for our iOS, Android, and Web products.
Test onboarding, content consumption, retention flows, subscriptions, and in-app purchases — exactly as real users experience them.
Analyze product requirements and acceptance criteria, and translate them into clear test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
Perform exploratory testing, regression testing after fixes, and release validation to ensure stable, high-quality launches.
Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps, expected behavior, and impact assessment.
Collaborate daily with developers, product managers, and designers to validate features and resolve issues quickly.
Contribute to or support test automation efforts where applicable, and help improve QA workflows over time.
Verify analytics events and tracking accuracy used by product, growth, and marketing teams.
Maintain and improve QA documentation, standards, and processes in a fast-moving environment.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
Proven experience creating test plans, test cases, and QA documentation
Experience testing mobile applications (iOS & Android)
Experience working in Agile / Scrum product teams
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Clear and confident English communication (written & verbal)
Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams
Solid discipline in bug reporting, tracking, and follow-up
Experience with test automation tools or frameworks
Experience testing subscription-based or content-driven apps
Familiarity with in-app purchase and monetization flows
Experience validating analytics and tracking events
Familiarity with Firebase and mobile analytics platforms
API testing experience (e.g. Postman)
Localization/internationalization testing experience
CI/CD familiarity or exposure to performance or security testing
People who think QA is just clicking buttons
Testers who don’t care about user experience or data accuracy
Anyone uncomfortable working closely with product and engineering
People who avoid responsibility or ownership
Those who prefer rigid processes over fast iteration
