Role Overview

We are looking for a React Native Developer to build and maintain production-grade mobile applications for both client products and internal venture initiatives.
This role focuses on shipping stable, high-quality iOS and Android apps, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers, and owning features from development to store release.

You will work on data-driven and AI-enabled products where performance, reliability, and UX consistency are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Application Development

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
• Build production-ready, scalable screens with a strong focus on performance and stability.
• Deliver assigned mobile features on time, from development through release.
• Ensure smooth, intuitive, and performant user flows across the app.
• Maintain high UI/UX consistency with design specifications (Figma).

Backend & Platform Integration

• Integrate mobile apps with BaaS platforms such as Supabase or Firebase.
• Work with APIs, authentication, real-time data, and storage services.
• Contribute to data-driven and AI-powered product features when applicable.

Release & Quality

• Manage iOS and Android build, testing, and release processes.
• Ensure apps are successfully published on both App Store and Google Play.
• Identify and fix bugs quickly, maintaining a low-defect production environment.
• Optimize app performance and stability across devices.

Collaboration & Ownership

• Communicate progress clearly and keep tasks up to date.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams in an async-first environment.
• Take full ownership of assigned features from implementation to store release.
• Proactively suggest technical and UX improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

Hard Skills

• Strong experience with React Native and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of modern React patterns
  (Hooks, state management, component architecture).
• Experience with BaaS platforms such as Supabase or Firebase.
• Proven experience releasing applications to both App Store and Google Play.
• Hands-on experience with iOS and Android build, testing, and release pipelines.

Technical Background

• Experience working on production-grade mobile applications.
• Exposure to AI-powered or data-driven products is a strong plus.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Mid-level profile with hands-on delivery experience.
• Able to manage features independently with minimal supervision.
