This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Ecommerce Architect - REMOTE. This role is vital for designing, implementing, and overseeing Optimizely Commerce solutions, particularly focusing on catalog configuration, data migration, and integration strategies. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in delivering high-quality results while managing tight timelines and complex project requirements. The position requires expertise to accelerate delivery and enhance the overall effectiveness of ecommerce systems. Accountabilities
- Lead the architecture, technical design, and solution roadmap for Optimizely Commerce Cloud (Connect 14).
- Design scalable catalog, inventory, and product data structures aligned with business requirements.
- Define integration patterns with ERP, PIM, OMS, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Own and execute the end-to-end Catalog configuration, including nodes, products, variants, pricing, and metadata.
- Lead or support catalog and data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, performance, and integrity.
- Provide development support (hands-on coding is a strong plus).
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, QA, and Business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Certified Optimizely Commerce Connect 14 Architect (must have current certification).
- 5+ years of experience in Optimizely Commerce Cloud / Episerver Commerce.
- Expertise in catalog configuration, commerce data modeling, and migration strategies.
- Strong C#/.NET development background (preferred but not required).
- Experience designing scalable B2B/B2C ecommerce architectures.
- Ability to work CST business hours consistently.
