We are looking for a ''Business Generalist and Executive Assistant to the CEO'' for our client who is operating in the mobile services.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial/Management), Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, or can demonstrate comparable experience and knowledge.
- Technology Savvy: While programming skills are not required, the ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, with a strong curiosity for understanding technology. Additionally, they should be passionate or at least very familiar with the mobile ecosystem (like apps, mobile marketing etc.), even if they don't have prior direct experience in the field.
- Experience: 1 or 2 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as management consulting, or a fast-paced startup is preferable but not a requirement.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to break down complex problems, interpret data, and develop actionable solutions.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills (English), with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Initiative: A self-starter who takes ownership of projects and drives them to completion with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability: Comfort in navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing environments, with a strong learning agility.
- Tools Proficiency: Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical and presentation tools. Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Mindset: A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to make an impact in a dynamic startup environment.
Job Description
- Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in the development and execution of business strategies, including market analysis, competitive research, and performance tracking.
- Coordination: Assisting the CEO to coordinate the business lines on the mobile division of the group.
