In this role, you will have a significant impact on complex architectural projects, addressing challenges while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will engage directly with clients and consultants, ensuring project success through effective communication and design consultation. Accountabilities
- Manage client communications and provide design consultation.
- Create detailed shop drawings and oversee project scheduling.
- Collaborate proactively with design, production, and quality assurance teams.
- Report to senior management on project progress and challenges.
- Drive projects and lead teams towards effective solutions.
Requirements
- Proficient in Rhino 3D with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Strong understanding of Grasshopper software and graphics-based packages.
- 3-8 years’ experience in an architectural office.
- Experience with architectural detailing, especially with complex geometry.
- Ability to plan, propose, and track project schedules and requirements.
- Experience in construction scheduling and management.
- Exceptional problem-solving and project leadership skills.
