Accountabilities
- Drive lead generation through direct outreach to Medicare agencies.
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to prospects’ needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals effectively.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company both in-person and online.
- Build local relationships with agencies and providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of sales experience managing full life cycle deals.
- Strong passion for sales and business development.
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Excellent prospecting and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience with sales engagement software and CRM systems.
- Keen interest in learning about new products and the industry.
